Sealed PA Nylon Retainer Bearing 6307 TN9/KA

Sealed PA Nylon Retainer Bearing 6307 is reinforced polyamide retainer deep groove ball bearing with large clearance C3/C4. TN9 is brown color PA66 with glass fiber cage, while KA is reinforced nylon cage tested by National Coal Science Institute and Provincial Quality Inspection Center. It is appointed bearing used in mining machinery in China. KA series nylon cage is tougher than common glass fiber reinforced polyamide cages (TN9).

Clearance:

Select the large internal clearance (ie. C3, C4) here is very important. It compensates for shaft deflections. conveyor bearings cannot use standard bearings, they will cause big running resistance, brake and reduce lifetime of bearing. And the material of nylon cage must be pure and has enough toughness and strength, because the cage will get very soft if it is made of bad material or mixed material, thus to make no anti-stuck performance within the bearing.
